Central Florida is in for another soggy day on Wednesday, with a 90% chance of rain and scattered showers expected to move across the area for much of the day. Some communities could see 1 to 3 inches of rainfall through Wednesday and into the evening, raising the potential for localized flooding in areas that receive the heaviest downpours. The weather pattern should begin to change as Isaias lifts north through the Gulf. The storm’s movement will help push the stubborn front that has been lingering across Central Florida farther away, gradually lowering rain chances.Rain will still be possible Friday and Saturday, with fast-moving showers and isolated storms expected. However, conditions should trend drier heading into early next week.By Monday and Tuesday, Central Florida is expected to see a noticeably drier pattern, providing a break from the recent run of wet weather.Click here to download our free news, weather and smart TV apps.
