EarthGrounds Coffee + Matcha Opening Second Location in Thornton Park

EarthGrounds Coffee + Matcha is expanding into Thornton Park, with a second location set to soft open Monday, October 19. The new coffee spot will operate inside EyeGlam Studio, a beauty studio offering lash extensions, brow services, and facials at 520 E. Church Street, Unit 109, on the ground floor of Camden Lake Eola. EarthGrounds Coffee + Matcha currently operates at 750 N. Thornton Avenue in the Park Lake/Highland neighborhood, where it opened its first semi-permanent location earlier this year in the garden at Spiral Circle. The shop specializes in creative coffee and matcha drinks, including salted brown butter brûlée matcha, caramelized banana lattes, and its signature coffee cloud creations. The new location will open with initial hours Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. The owners say they plan to gradually add more days as the business settles into its new space.
